Therapy for meaningful healing and expansion

Create spaciousness with increased clarity, confidence, and compassion. Experience your life in the full.

Honoring Systems

Our work at New Roots is informed by a systems lens. None of us operate in a void but rather within the context of the various systems we are a part of. We honor your internal system as well as the external systems you are a part of. Furthermore, we are mindful of the impact others have on you as well as the impact you have on others.

Internal Systems

There are parts within each of us. Some parts carry wounds, trauma, pain, and core beliefs. Other parts work to protect us and present as behaviors, defenses, and life strategizers.

External Systems

Some examples of external systems include a couple, family, friend group, team, or country.

Transforming Lives

You may find yourself doing things that detract and/or distract from your life. Or, you may wonder why you continue re-enacting past patterns with the hope of a different outcome.

The idea that "the past is present," helps us understand why this occurs. This also gives us the opportunity to look beyond behavior to deeper experiences, needs, drives, and desires.

As you journey to overcome, grow, and shift your life experiences, New Roots is honored to guide and support you in your work.
